Budget Vote PSA

Students in the North Babylon High School Television Broadcasting class recently produced an exclusive interview with Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kenneth Graham to discuss the upcoming school budget vote and a change in the polling location. Under the guidance of their teacher James Avila, the student-led production showcased their skills both on and off camera. Ayden Sproul was the on-air interviewer, while Myriam Abbas worked the switchboard, Gabriel Rivera ran the sound/teleprompter, Joshua Castelli produced the graphics and Milani Russell and Kasey Ferris were operating the camera.

This year Lily Clarke and MJ Barber were chosen for the 2025 Suffolk Zone Award. The Award is given to one young lady and one young man from this year's graduating class. Lily and MJ contribute to the overall positive outcomes of their physical education classes, as well as the entire school. They both make an outstanding effort to be cooperative, honest, self-confident, attentive and enthusiastic toward class activities in the gym and classroom. In addition they both demonstrate the ability to be leaders in class, as well as supporting the needs of others. Congratulations to Lily and MJ for a great 6 years at Woods Road.
